Bangladesh's young population represents one of the country's greatest opportunities for economic transformation. With a population of over 172 million, including nearly 67 million youth aged between 15–35 years, Bangladesh has a significant pool of human capital with immense potential to contribute to national growth.
However, as industries evolve and global opportunities expand, there is an increasing need to equip this growing workforce with market-relevant skills, practical knowledge, and industry exposure. With over 1.13 million workers targeted for overseas deployment annually, more than 700,000 active freelancers, and the ambition of building 500,000 new ICT professionals under the Smart Bangladesh 2041 vision, the demand for quality skill development and workforce readiness has never been greater.
ACI Career EDGE Academy, an initiative of ACI, aims to address this need by developing a future-ready workforce through demand-driven, industry-aligned learning programs. The academy identifies emerging market needs and designs specialized programs that equip youth with the skills, confidence, and capabilities required for success in both local and global job markets.
